Proposed changes to CSIC By-laws

CSIC published today its own proposal for amendment of the By-laws to reflect the Board’s unwillingness to face the members at a in-person meeting. The new proposed changes to the By-laws would virtually eliminate any chances of members meeting with the Board face-to-face.

It is our right to have a face-to-face meeting with our regulator. That’s what our By-laws say and that’s what we want.

Very important! The changes to the By-laws must be approved by two thirds of the members participating in the Annual General Meeting. If members do not approve the changes, they cannot be implemented.

Exercise your right – vote!
