I have been managing my own immigration consulting firm for 12 years. I have extensive experience in project management, including design, co-ordination, and implementation of short and long-term projects. A proven track record in finance, coupled with my enthusiasm adds immeasurably to the efforts of large and small organizations.
I have 14 years of experience with all levels of government and government organizations to access various programs and grants on behalf of clients. My work as an immigration consultant has demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills in legal matters and an ability to understand and interpret complex issues.
I consider my stature in the immigration consultant industry and my family as my most important accomplishments.
I support the regulated immigration consulting industry, its evolution, and its capacity to become a mature licensed profession that supports the needs of consumers and of practitioners. I also believe that through careful thought and discussion with industry stakeholders, we will be instrumental in building and crafting strategic relationships conducive to a strong and viable profession. My focus with industry associations like OPIC and CAPIC was always on education because professional development is key to maintaining high standards within the profession.
I support strongly the regulation of consultants and want to contribute to a better and stronger CSIC. I fully support the CSIC mandate to protect consumers and pledge to use my expertise to encourage measures that will increase consumer awareness.
